As I was looking at my "stuff" from my other courses, I decided to post a couple of posts from 501. I think that when is all said and done, that it will be fun to watch the process and evolution of my thinking as I traverse OLTD
Wow, what a mind bender!
Food for thought…. If a student in a four-year program, of which uses technology for their coursework, will already have been outdated , how do we keep up? Also, because our schools are so antiquated, how do we ensure that we can even deliver updated technological information with outdated equipment?
Food for thought?
I got the biggest charge out of this video. I was immediately brought back to my Star Trek days!!
It is a little scary to think that this is how things could be in the future. I do believe that technology is well on its way to many of the ideas imparted by the video. I would hate to think that the human element would be lost. I don't believe this would happen because we need the emotional element to be human. Also, I find that , as they said in the video, that discovery is what makes learning fun. I really love it when I struggle with something, and then "get it". I feel really powerful.
Question: If this really were to happen, wouldn't we morf into robots?
